YOU GUYS!!! The collection I've been dying to have in my closet has official arrived! The Tracee Ellis Ross for JCPenney is here and when I say you NEED it all, you need it!

Tracee Ellis Ross is the definition of style goals. She makes everything look so effortlessly cool and chic. I know I can't be the only one who dreamed of having her clothes in their closet. Now, I no longer have to dream! A couple of weeks ago I received a surprise package from the JCPenney Team featuring pieces from her collection. When I tell you I screamed in excitement. I screamed like I just won the million dollar prize on a game show. I know I'm a hot mess, judge me.

I received a pair of high waisted wide leg trousers and a sparkly striped crop top (not shown). I instantly fell in love. I will be the first to admit I was extremely skeptical of the trousers. I just knew they wouldn't fit. Having big thighs like mine, it's difficult to find the right pair of pants let alone a pair of wide-leg trousers. I have big thighs and a smaller waist which means I'm always having to size up. You know the struggle of sizing up. It fits in the thighs but not too big in the stomach. I end up getting frustrated and leaving it all at the store. When I tried these pants on, they fit perfectly. Girl, I had to call a friend and FaceTime her to show her the miracle that just happened. It was the perfect fit! As a bonus, the pant leg covered my feet for the perfect look. I'm beyond obsessed with these pants. My only complaint is the trousers are on the thin side. I would suggest wearing a pair of long thing leggings, biker shorts, or a light Spanx. Other than that, plus size women should buy these pants in every single color. I'm wearing a 3XL and I wear a size 22 in jeans. I would say the sizing is true to size.

I'm so happy that a celebrity with Tracee Ellis Ross' style was not only making sure plus size women got the opportunity to have access to her collection online and in store but they made sure it's affordable too!
